The Bootcamp

Spring Bootcamp Classes Begin On Tuesday, April 1st and ends on April 26th

4 weeks of high energy workouts to build strength, confidence, and resilience!

Schedule and Location:

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 7:30am.

Location: Wardlow Park at 3457 Stanbridge Ave. in Long Beach.

Training: Cardio Toning/Cardio Kickboxing, strength, and endurance training.

NEW- "Coffee Shop Walks" 2-3 miles of walking and ending at a local coffee shop for fun and camaraderie on the 3rd Saturday of each bootcamp month.

Pricing: 4-week rate is $109*​

Drop in Rate: $20

I created this bootcamp in June of 2023 in Long Beach, CA. I wanted a place where women can go and learn about movement, health, and nutrition but more importantly, a place where they would feel comfortable to workout. A place of acceptance and community.

A year and half later, and this group is still going strong! I now reside in CT but our Long Beach Bootcamp continues to provide our members with challenging but supportive workouts. We have two amazing coaches, Coach Isa and Coach Irma, that will help you reach your health goals. You will also have all of our amazing community that will cheer you on! Last, you still have me reaching out to you and all of our members with love and support.​

 

Our bootcamp is for the busy mom or career woman that is looking to improve her health and increase her fitness levels to live a long and healthy life. 

This bootcamp is FUN! You will get to meet a group of wonderful women in their own health journey that will inspire you, motivate you, and cheer you on!
