The Bootcamp

Winter Bootcamp Classes Begin On Tuesday, January 7th- February 1st.

4 weeks of high energy workouts to get your body to burn fat while gaining muscle and added endurance!

Schedule and Location:

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 7:30am.

Location: Wardlow Park at 3457 Stanbridge Ave. in Long Beach.

Training: Cardio Toning/Cardio Kickboxing, strength, and endurance training.

Pricing: 4-week rate is $109*​

Drop in Rate: $20

I created this bootcamp in June of 2023 in Long Beach, CA. I wanted a place where women can go and learn about movement, health, and nutrition and a place where they would feel comfortable to workout. A place of community.

A year and half later, and this group is still going strong! I now reside in CT but our Long Beach Bootcamp continues to provide our members with challenging but supportive workouts. You have two amazing coaches, Coach Isa and Coach Irma, that will help you reach those health goals. You also have all of our amazing community that will cheer you on! Last, you still have me reaching out to all of our members with love and support.​

 

Our bootcamp is for the busy mom or career woman that is looking to improve her health, increase her fitness levels, and/or lose weight. 

This bootcamp is FUN! You will get to meet a group of wonderful women in their own health journey that will inspire you, motivate you, and cheer you on!
