If you're interested in trying out one of our bootcamp classes, please fill out the interest form below and I will contact you via email to let you know what you need to bring to class. Be sure to note which bootcamp you would like to try, Long Beach or Downey (on hold for now).

Classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am at Wardlow Park in Long Beach.
