My coaching is designed for women who:

• feel frustrated starting over with fitness
• want to build strength and feel confident in their bodies
• want a clear plan instead of guessing what workouts to do
• value long-term health and consistency

How My Coaching Works

There are three ways to work with me depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

Private Personal Training

For clients who want the highest level of support and hands-on coaching.

Sessions are available in person in Stamford or live via Zoom.

2–3 private sessions per week with customized programming and accountability.

Hybrid Coaching

   ⭐ Most Popular Option

Hybrid coaching combines one weekly coaching session with a structured strength program you follow throughout the week.

This option provides professional coaching while giving you the flexibility to train independently.

 

Online Coaching

Online coaching is ideal for motivated clients who prefer to train independently but want a customized program and ongoing accountability.

All workouts and habit tracking are delivered through my coaching app.

My Coaching Philosophy

Fitness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective.

My coaching focuses on building strength, improving daily habits, and creating consistency over time.

Instead of quick fixes, we focus on the fundamentals that support long-term health:

• strength training
• consistent movement
• quality nutrition
• recovery and sleep
• sustainable habits

The goal is not just short-term results, but building a lifestyle that supports your health for years to come.
