My coaching is designed for women who want structure, accountability, and a clear strength training plan that fits into their busy lives.

 

There are three ways to work with me depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

 

All coaching programs include customized training, habit tracking, and ongoing accountability.

Minimum commitment for coaching programs: 3 months

Private Personal Training

In-person in Stamford or live via Zoom

This option is best for clients who want the highest level of support and hands-on coaching.

Sessions are personalized and designed around your goals, experience level, and schedule.

 

Investment:

2 sessions per week – $850/month (Stamford) | $600/month (Zoom)
3 sessions per week – $1,150/month (Stamford) | $800/month (Zoom)

Includes:

• 55-minute private coaching sessions
• Customized strength training program
• Monthly program progressions
• Weekly accountability check-ins
• Habit tracking in the Trainerize app
• Nutrition guidance
• Messaging support between sessions
• Progress tracking

 

Hybrid Coaching 

    ⭐ Most Popular Option

Hybrid coaching combines one weekly coaching session with a structured training program you follow during the week.

This option provides the accountability of personal training while giving you the flexibility to train independently.

$697/month (Stamford)
$497/month (Zoom)

• 1 private coaching session per week

• Additional workouts for independent training days
• Weekly accountability check-ins
• Habit tracking

Online Coaching

App-based training

Online coaching is ideal for motivated clients who prefer to train independently but still want professional structure and accountability.

$297/month

• Nutrition guidance
