  • Weekly check-ins for accountability and program adherence

  • Habit tracking (steps, protein, sleep) for optimal results

PRIVATE COACHING (HIGH-TOUCH SUPPORT)

Train with me in your home or apartment building gym.

Best for:
Women who want hands-on coaching, accountability, and structure. This is for women that are new to strength training, have mobility & flexibility concerns, or have existing injuries. 

Includes:

  • Private 1:1 sessions (2x or 3x/week) 

  • Customized workouts with a progressive training plan

  • Form correction and guidance 

  • Progress and habit tracking​ for optimal results

  • 2 sessions per week – $850/month (In-Person) | $600/month (Zoom)

  • 3 sessions per week – $1,150/month (In-Person) | $800/month (Zoom)

​​ONLINE COACHING (FLEXIBLE & STRUCTURED)

Women that have experience working out but need more structure, accountability, and flexibility via the MFI Training App. 

Includes:

  • Custom workout plan with 2-3 days of training

  • Video-guided exercises via my app

  • Weekly check-ins for accountability and adherence to training program

  • Messaging support & video support when needed

  • Habit tracking
