ABOUT ME
About Marisol
I’m the founder of MFI Training, and I specialize in helping women build strength, improve energy, and stay consistent with their fitness.
My coaching focuses on structured strength training, simple habits, and long-term health — not extreme programs or quick fixes.
Many of the women I work with are balancing careers, family, and demanding schedules. They want to feel stronger and healthier but don’t want fitness to become another stressful part of their life.

My goal is to provide clear direction, accountability, and a program that actually fits into real life.
My Story
Like many women, I didn’t always have the structure and confidence I now help my clients build.
In my mid-40s, I went through my own body transformation while navigating major life responsibilities — raising three children and caring for my former husband after a spinal cord injury.
That experience completely changed how I viewed health and fitness.
I realized that strength training, consistency, and simple habits were far more powerful than extreme programs or quick fixes.
That experience led me to become a personal trainer and coach so I could help other women build strength and confidence in their own lives.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe fitness should support your life — not take it over.

I offer several coaching options depending on the level of support you're looking for, including private personal training, hybrid coaching, and online coaching.
