Hi, I’m Marisol — a personal trainer and coach who specializes in helping women 40+ feel strong, confident, and consistent without extreme plans or burnout.
I believe fitness should support your life, not compete with it. My approach focuses on strength, movement quality, and simple habits that actually stick over time.

WHY I COACH THE WAY I DO
Like many women, I’ve experienced how overwhelming and confusing fitness can feel — especially as your body changes, responsibilities increase, and energy shifts.
What works in your 20s and 30s doesn’t always work later on. More workouts, more rules, and more pressure usually lead to frustration, not results.
