From Zero to Something: The Simplest Way to Start Seeing Results

Why Most Women Stay Stuck
It’s not because you don’t care.
It’s not because you’re lazy.
It’s because you think:
“If I can’t do a full hour, what’s the point?”
“If my nutrition isn’t perfect, I’ll just start next week”
“I don’t have time to do this the right way”
So instead… you do nothing.

Your 15-Minute “Something” Plan (3x/Week)
This is where we remove all excuses.
No gym required.
No overthinking.

Workout (15 Minutes Total)
Set a timer for 15 minutes and rotate through:
Bodyweight Squats – 12–15 reps
Incline Push-Ups (bench, wall, or couch) – 8–12 reps
Glute Bridges – 12–15 reps
Plank Hold – 20–30 seconds
👉 Repeat continuously for 15 minutes at your own pace.
That’s it.



What About Cardio?
You don’t need to overcomplicate it.
👉 Daily Steps Goal: 7,000–10,000 steps
Walk more.
Park further.
Take the stairs.
This alone makes a massive difference.
What About Nutrition?
Again—keep it simple.
Focus on:
Protein at every meal
Whole foods most of the time
Drinking enough water
Not perfection.
Just better than yesterday.
What Results Can You Expect?
If you actually do this consistently:
You’ll feel more energized within days
You’ll feel stronger within weeks
You’ll start seeing changes within a month
Not because it’s extreme…
