MFI Bootcamp is a 3 x's a week group training program. We have two locations to choose from, Long Beach and Downey.
Long Beach location trains on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am at Wardlow Park. Downey training days are Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 8am at Furman Park.
This is a fun high intensity training program for those seeking to increase their fitness levels, improve their metabolic health and lose weight. All levels are welcomed but be prepared to work hard! Come and try out a complimentary class and you can see how it is. I guarantee you will love it!

Starting as low as $41 a session
As a personal trainer, I design enjoyable and innovative customized training programs based upon your individual fitness goals. I will guide and motivate you in safe exercise practices that will leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle all of the demands of being a career woman and mom. As a personal training client you will be placed on a progressive training program that includes strength training, cardio, & functional training as well as working on your mobility & flexibility, and balance.
I also offer hybrid training in addition to your personal training for an additional cost.
Nutritional advice is given within the training session whenever needed.

At Marisol Fit Inspire, my coaching is tailored to each individual's needs. I believe in an approach that focuses on healthy eating and workouts that individuals enjoy. In order to achieve lasting results, it's essential to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life that you enjoy and, most importantly, that work for you. I am here to coach and mentor you towards your weight loss goals, and provide you with the guidance and support needed to build a healthier lifestyle.
All sessions are done via Zoom or FaceTime.
