I was 45 years old when I started. Three kids at 3 different schools and a caretaker.

 It was my sister's 60th birthday party when I looked at the pictures and looked at myself. I couldn't believe my eyes! I no longer recognized the person in the picture. It was obvious that the little bit of exercise I was doing then was no longer working. I knew I had to do something about it!
