Before diving into your mini-course, here are a few tips on how to make the best of your course.

  1. Read the "Read Me First' page.

  2. Listen to the 5-short video modules straight through before diving into the material.

  3. Set a day and time where you can sit in quiet, without disruptions, and  start your mini-course along with your Mini-Course Workbook.

  4. I recommend doing one module a day and doing the actionable step that goes with that module.

  5. Take the time to internalize the information and take a moment to think about how it has impacted your life.

  6. Start a list of things that you need more clarification on and email me at Marisol@FitInspire.net so that we can go over the information together.
