How My Coaching Works

There are three ways to work with me depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

Private Personal Training

For clients who want the highest level of support and hands-on coaching.

Sessions are available in person in Stamford or live via Zoom.

2–3 private sessions per week with customized programming and accountability.

Hybrid Coaching

   ⭐ Most Popular Option

Hybrid coaching combines one weekly coaching session with a structured strength program you follow throughout the week.

This option provides professional coaching while giving you the flexibility to train independently.

 

Online Coaching

Online coaching is ideal for motivated clients who prefer to train independently but want a customized program and ongoing accountability.

All workouts and habit tracking are delivered through my coaching app.

Your Coaching Includes:

• Private in-person sessions in Stamford at your home or building gym
• A structured training plan delivered through my coaching app if you choose the Hybrid or Online Program
• Progress tracking and adjustments
• Accountability and weekly check-ins
• Support with habits that impact fat loss and energy (sleep, steps, nutrition habits)

The goal is to help you build consistent momentum — not start over every few weeks.
