Coaching gives you a full-week plan, feedback, and accountability, not just one session. You're supported all week long, even when life gets hectic. â€‹

Do I need a gym?
Nope. I'll design your workouts based on your space and equipment- home, gym, or travel.

Can I switch between 30 and 60-minute sessions?
Yes, with a two-week notice so I can adjust your schedule and billing.

What if I miss a session?

Your plan continues with your app workouts and check-ins, so you stay consistent and never lose progress.

How do check-ins work?

I'll review your logs weekly and send feedback or quick video messages to keep you accountable.
