This is my highest level of support and the primary way I work with clients.
Elite 1:1 Coaching is ideal for women who want hands-on guidance, personalized strength training, and consistent support.

In-person training is available in Stamford, CT with limited availability. Training sessions take place at approved local facilities or in-home, depending on availability and client preference. Online coaching is available for clients who cannot train in person but still want structured guidance and accountability.
This option provides personalized programming and habit support delivered through my coaching app, with optional live support depending on placement.
