Q: Do I need equipment?

A: You’ll need basic dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball. Every workout includes modifications for all levels.

Q: What if I’m new to fitness?

A: Perfect! Fit Club is beginner-friendly, supportive, and built for progress — not perfection.

Q: How do I join?

A: Click 'Join the Challenge' above and complete your registration by Oct 31. You’ll receive access and prep details by Nov 1st.

Q:What if I can’t train every day?

A:That’s okay—workouts are 3-4×/week with built-in modifications and you can move at your pace.

Meet Marisol- Your Fit Club Coach

Marisol Reynoso is a certified personal trainer and founder of MFI Training, where she helps women 40+ reclaim their strength, confidence, and energy through realistic fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching. After transforming her own body in midlife, Marisol built a community for women who are ready to stop starting over and finally feel strong again.

MFI Fit Club Terms & Participation Policy

Participation Agreement

By enrolling in MFI Fit Club, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. MFI Fit Club and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation in the program or from use of any recommended fitness or nutrition plans.

Program Format

  • The MFI Fit Club is a 6-week group-coached program that includes structured workouts, weekly accountability, and optional private coaching.

  • Includes guided workouts, community accountability, and optional 1:1 coaching bonus call. While participants receive structured workouts, community support via the app, and educational resources, it does not include personalized coaching or live instruction unless explicitly stated.

  • Participants will receive structured workout programming through Trainerize.

  • All participants are added to a shared group chat for accountability, community support, and weekly challenges.

Materials & Access

  • Access to the program materials (Trainerize, welcome packet, and challenge calendar) will be granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Each member is responsible for setting up their Trainerize account and staying active in the group chats for the full 6-week duration.

​Payment Terms

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once you have been granted access to the program materials.

  • Participants may not transfer their enrollment to another individual.

  • Payment plans, if selected, must be completed in full. Missed or failed payments may result in removal from the program.

Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to treat one another with respect and kindness in all communication channels .

  • MFI Fit Club reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund for harassment, abuse, or toxic behavior in the group setting.
