    Nope! Just a pair of dumbbells and your determination. But if you have additional small gym equipment, let me know so I can implement them in your program.

  • Is this okay if I haven’t worked out in a while?
    Absolutely. This was built for beginners and women returning to fitness.

  • What if I choose the $99 option—can I upgrade later?
    Yes! You can upgrade to the coaching version anytime within the first 4 weeks.

  • How long do I have access to the workouts?
    You’ll have access to the full program for 3 months through the app.

  • How quickly will I see results?
